There you are, walking attentively through Verdansk. You duck behind a wall ledge and zack - you are finished from behind! There was a wall behind you, so what the hell could have happened? A hacker was in it.
A new type of hacker in Call of Duty: Warzone
They fly below the map of Verdansk, they shoot through buildings and now they even hide in walls... Call of Duty: Warzone has had a hacker problem since day one, but the extent of the problem is getting out of hand. And that’s with Infinity Ward banning over 70,000 players already:

The sheer variety of cheaters in Call of Duty: Warzone is impressive to a point that frustration is starting to mix with an unwilling acceptance of the situation. That of course isn’t stopping players from constantly complaining – which they should be doing, on all available platforms.
Infinity Ward appear to be trying but trying is not enough in this case. The latest cheating pattern is hiding within walls – either shooting straight through them or sliding out to hunt down another player from the back without the slightest suspicion on their part.

While there are still a myriad of other type of hackers still in the game, the worst of the worst right now are these wall imposters. Activision and Infinity Ward seem to be on the hunt for these game-ruining creeps, but the war is just beginning and it will probably be a while before we can enjoy a relatively hack-free environment.
