Overwatch is in full swing with its this year's repeat event Archives which takes you way back in the shoes of the original Overwatch strike team fighting the streets of King's Row to stop the uprising started by Null Sector. Or, take a journey back in time eight years ago as you take control of Blackwatch, a terrorist organization bent on terror and destruction. Well, what about the skins that come with the event? We're going to have some fun here and rank the wicked sick skins from this year's Archives event.
5 - Zarya's "Workout"
Serving us some workout realness at number 5 is Zarya's "Workout" skin. Identified at a young age by the national athletics program, Zarya is showing us she's one badass Woman, but we honestly expected a little more from the professional weightlifter. The colors aren't giving us that flazéda we were looking for but a great effort nonetheless.
4 - Roadhog's "Militia" realness
He's got curves in all the right places so coming in at number 4 is Roadhog's "Militia" skin, which had us in the first half, we can't deny. We especially love the patches added to the dungarees but have to keep him at number 4 due to the highly explosive grenade attached to the front of it. Still, he's explosive alright.
3 - Junkrat's "King Jamison"
Golden and gleaming at number 3 is Junkrat's "King Jamison" skin, giving us extreme royalty realness. After being exiled from Junkertown by the Queen, he's back and serving up a fiery look that the Queen would be envious of. The golden leg had us sold, but there's so much lost potential with the shirt! So at number 3 you stay, Junkrat.
2 - Pharah's "Aviator"
Lieutenant Fareeha "Pharah" comes flying in at number two in a stunning look that all the judges here at EarlyGame adored. This look is saying: "I just don't care and I want you to know it" and we see it with those aviator sunglasses and an incredible jetpack that completes this thematically badass appearance making her look drop-dead gorgeous.
1 - Ana's sickening "Sniper" realness
Ana is breathing new life into us with her "Sniper" skin and we are gasping at how incredible she looks. During the Omnic Crisis back in her earlier years, Ana was slaying Omnics (and the fashion industry, it seems) in this stunning display of color coordination that left us wanting more, which we got with. Her red scarf, headset and looks just say: "I can take you all on" as she just stands there, menacingly, knowing she looks stunning for all the world to see. She takes the number 1 spot here for the best skin for this year's Archives event in Overwatch and we wouldn't have it any other way.
