The weekly Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone playlist update is here. It includes some cool new bundles as usual, with focus predominantly on playlists themselves. The brand-new Search and Rescue is introduced while Boots on the Ground War is making a return.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone Playlist Update
Infinity Ward have added a bunch of new content this week. As playlists, Search and Rescue and Boots on the Ground War have been made available. The latter is already familiar to long-time players - it takes out all additional lethal machinery and leaves the battle to be decided in man-to-man combat.
Today's playlist update is now live across all platforms!#ModernWarfare- Adds Boots on the Ground War- Adds Search and Rescue- Special Operations: Brimstone (Modified)#Warzone- Removes Plunder Quads- Adds Plunder: Blood Money Quads

Search and Rescue is the new kid on the block, sort of. It is actually a mix of two existing playlists - Kill Confirmed and Search & Destroy. If a teammate falls in combat, he drops dog tags, which when collected by his mates would revive him. However, if the enemies get the tags, the player is eliminated from the match permanently.
Finally, a modified version of Operation Brimstone has been added to Modern Warfare. It is interesting to see how Infinity Ward have tweaked the originally difficult operation and whether they've eased it up a bit.
In Warzone, Blood Money Quads replace Plunder Quads.
New Bundles for Gaz and Mara
The new bundles this week are "The Game Winner" for operator Gaz and the "Mara: Kawaii Cat". Gaz' bundle is football-influenced and includes a jersey-like skin, a Tiki-Taka legendary weapon skin paying homage to the days when Barcelona were any good, and a bunch of other cosmetics with football designs.
Mara's bundle strays in a different theme. It is a large, 10-item pack that focuses on...cats. The Notice Meow operator skin comes with cat years and the whole bundle has that overall playful vibe. In addition to the standard calling card, emblem and charm, Kawaii Cat comes with two legendary weapon skins and two vehicle skins, as well as an operator quip and a finishing move. It's a large bundle.
That sums it up for this week. Give the new playlists a spin in a cat costume and tell the world how you feel about it!
