We're slowly working our way through all the weapons in Black Ops Cold War, to give you the best setups for each weapon. Today, we're looking at arguably the most powerful and annoying gun in the game: the Diamatti.

Looking for the best weapons in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War? You've already found a favorite weapon, but you want to know which attachments you can use to get the best out of it? Then you've come to the right place! We show you the best weapons in BOCW in our setup guides.

Now that we've covered primary weapons and shotguns, let's start with pistols today. Here is a small selection of our BOCW setup guides:

If you thought pistols couldn't do anything, you've probably never been taken out by the Diamatti. Remember the Snakeshot Revolver from Modern Warfare? Dual-wielding revolvers, with buckshot ammo that wiped everything out, even in Warzone, in a split second? Rejoice! The Diamatti is super overpowered, and can be used as a primary weapon without any problem, especially on smaller maps.

The Diamatti is unlocked at level 49 as the last pistol, and can only be shot in burst mode. There is a small delay between the three-shot salvos, but you can carry one of these weapons in each hand...

Diamatti Setup Guide

Since the gunslinger wildcard only affects primary weapons, only five attachments can be used on pistols. With this setup, you get the most out of the Diamatti:

With our setup, we go full Akimbo melee. The following attachments make the Diamatti an extremely powerful and incredibly annoying weapon for your opponents:

  • Muzzle: Agency Muzzle Flash Hider
  • Barrel: 7.2” Special Command
  • Body: SWAT-5mw Laser Marker
  • Magazine: Rapid Volley 30-Round Magazine
  • Stock: Two-handed

The most important attachment in this setup is, of course, the Two-handed stock, which allows you to carry a weapon in each hand. This allows us to shoot extremely fast, and have two complete magazines that we can empty before needing to reload. The only drawback is that we can no longer aim. Since we are forced to shoot from the hip, we improve the accuracy from the hip with the laser marker by 35%.

We also don't have to pay much attention to aiming speed and recoil, so we treat ourselves to 13% more damage, 40% more range, and 120% projectile acceleration with the Special Command Run. The Agency Muzzle Flash Suppressor no longer shows up on the mini-map when firing, and increases vertical recoil control by 8%. To top it all off, we also pick up the Salvo 30-round magazine, which doubles our ammo per magazine, and lets us reload 40% faster.

If you always keep moving, and stay out of ranged fights, you'll shave everything with this setup. One thing you need to be aware of, though: All the other players in the lobby will hate you!
