The ZRG 20mm is a welcomed addition to Black Ops Cold War and Warzone's very limited sniper arsenal. Could it become the new Warzone sniper meta weapon? Too early to say, but with our loadout, there's a good chance for it!
Late on the news? There's a new sniper in Warzone! The ZRG 20mm was released as part of the new BOCW Season 2 content, and it's got us all excited. Everyone is questioning whether it can break the established HDR and Kar98k meta in Verdansk.
The Best ZRG 20mm Sniper Loadout for Warzone
Before we strap this boy up, you must know that it has low ammo, and it's painfully slow on reload and all types of movement. Why is it any good then? Because of damage, baby! The ZRG 20mm sniper can one-shot kill anywhere above the waist and as a sniper, comes with long-range accuracy. The picture is beginning to paint itself.
ZRG Loadout Attachments
- Muzzle: Task Force Shroud
- Barrel: Combat Recon
- Handle: Serpent Wrap
- Body: Tiger Team Spotlight
- Magazine: 5 Rnd
Since there's not much that can be done to make the ZRG fast, we're making the ritual sacrifice of ADS and shooting move speed, in order to attach the Task Force Shroud muzzle. Don't worry, we'll bring that aim down sight speed back. As a reward, we get major flash concealment and idle sway control boosts.
The latter is very important because the sway control we get from the muzzle is double what we lose via the Combat Recon barrel, so we can still get better there while increasing bullet velocity by 75%.
The Serpent Wrap handle is a 1-for-1 trade with the ADS we lost through the muzzle.
Attach the Tiger Team Spotlight body for a hefty 40% reveal distance bonus. This could be very handy with a long-range beast in hand and the STF speed we give up for it is well worth it.
Finally, three rounds are not enough even with a one-shot hitter. That's why we take additional damage in the most vulnerable area of the ZRG - reload time, to increase available ammo with the 5 rnd magazine.
With this loadout, your ZRG 20mm sniper is going to sing like a bird. A very deadly bird.
