The Chainsaw FiNN Loadout In Warzone: Best Setup

Chainsaw Finn
Say hello to my little friend! | © Activision Blizzard

The FiNN is one of the strongest LMGs ever released during Modern Warfare's tenure over Warzone, but it was released at the end of that game's life cycle and so it never saw the acclaim it deserved. With a great TTK and good control though, the FiNN is seeing a resurgence, and especially the FiNN's bizarre chainsaw build.

The Chainsaw stock allows the weapon to operate in the way a minigun would - without the ability to ADS, but with great hip-fire potential. If you've seen one of these, and you want to build one yourself (who needs a proper reason, they're badass), here's the best attachment setup and loadout.

Warzone Chainsaw FiNN Setup

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: XRK Longshot Adverse
  • Ammunition: 5.56 100 Rnd Belt
  • Perk: Sleight Of Hand
  • Stock: XRK Chainsaw

With ADS blocked by the Chainsaw stock, we cannot take underbarrel attachments or optics. In addition to this, the only laser increases ADS, so this is pointless and won't be worth selecting. That leaves us with only the muzzle, barrel, ammunition, and perk slots free to fill with attachments. And we won't be selecting any attachments that buff ADS because that's impossible.

What we're left with is a relatively fast-firing, low-recoil weapon, which should be perfect for wall-banging or taking on squads in close quarters.

Like keeping up to speed with all things Call of Duty? Then you've come to the right place, here are some of our recent articles:

Secondary, Perks, And Equipment In A Chainsaw FiNN Loadout

  • Secondary: Krig 6 (Agency Suppressor, CMV Barrel, 60 RnD mags, Field Agent Grip, and Axial Arms 3x)
  • Perk 1: Cold-Blooded
  • Perk 2: Overkill
  • Perk 3: Combat Recon
  • Lethal: Semtex
  • Tactical: Heartbeat Sensor

The FiNN is very situational, so we'll take a Krig 6 as our primary. This AR can be pressed into nearly every role, so you've got something reliable at all times.

Where you would normally take E.O.D. in the first slot, we've opted for Cold-Blooded to counter the new perk – Combat Recon. We'll be taking Combat Recon ourselves while it's so strong. The Semtex and Heartbeat are effectively the default equipment but if you're more comfortable with Stuns or Thermite, then choose these instead.
