Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 3 will finally start on April 12. Besides various content updates, a RICOCHET Anti-Cheat update was also announced.

Surprisingly, players can already enjoy playing Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 with the updated Anti-Cheat version.

Call of Duty's RICOCHET Anti-Cheat Update Now Online

Excitement about the new anti-cheat update is huge. After the announcement of the upcoming changes including the RICOCHET anti-cheat system, the CoD community is relieved.

Even better: The anti-cheat update is actually online already. This includes the detection of cronus devices (used to reduce recoil) which still annoys players, understandably.

  • If you want to improve in your gameplay, you might need a controller with additional features, but please no cronus device! Why don't you give the Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller a try?

Thank God the era of cronus devices is finally over. Players are already letting their joy out over on Twitter:

If you don't know about cronus devices, the famous Twitter user "ModernWarzone" shared his anger about them:

So there might be better Call of Duty times ahead of us. At least cheat-free and cronus-free times...

If you want to play Call of Duty without cheaters and cronus users, this might be the perfect timing to give Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 finally a try. You might enjoy the game this time!

I always loved watching Lets Plays on YouTube when I was a kid. My favorite game from back then was definitely Assassin's Creed: Black Flag… but I wasn't allowed to actually play it. SAD!

I also grew up with football...
