CoD: Huge Leak Reveals Content & Release Date For Season 3, 4 & 6

Apparently, there was a data breach at Activision that caused a huge amount of sensitive documents being leaked, including a schedule containing many of this year's highlights for the Call of Duty franchise. We already knew that there would be a new Call of Duty premium title in 2023 instead of a DLC for Modern Warfare 2, and now we also know its code name is "Jupiter".

But even more excitingly for everyone grinding Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0, is the new content coming before the 2023 CoD game is released. Let's take a look at the release dates and content for Modern Warfare 2 Season 3, 4, and 6.

MWII & Warzone 2.0 Season Leaks

In the following, we will list all the new content for each leaked season and also give a release date. The leaked schedule was posted on Twitter by vx-underground, and it shows release dates and content for seasons 3, 4 and 6 (season 5 was absent from the leak).

Season 3 Content & Release Date

Season 3 will be released on March 15 and last until May 15t. It will include the following new content:

• 2 New Operators, 1 Licensed
• 3 New Weapons
• 3 Core Maps
• 1 Ground War Map
• 4 Gunfight Maps
• 1 Spec Ops Mission
• 1 Raid
• 1 New Battle Pass
• Tier 1 Event
• 70 Bundles

This is a pretty nice list of new content, however, it isn't complete. Since Season 2 started, we already know Gunfight will be back, but we also got confirmation for a new Warzone Ranked mode.

Season 4 Content & Release Date

Season 4 will be released on May 15 and last until July 15. It will include the following new content:

• 2 New Operators, 1 Licensed
• 3 New Weapons
• 2 Core Maps
• 2 Ground War Maps
• 4 Gunfight Maps
• 1 Small Map (maybe something like Shipment)
• 1 Spec Ops Mission
• 1 Raid
• 1 New Battle Pass
• Tier 1 Event
• 70 Bundles

Season 6 Content & Release Date

Season 6 will be released on September 15th and last until November 8th. Why is Season 6 that much longer than previous seasons you ask? Well, every last Call of Duty had six seasons before the release of the next game and according to leaks about CoD 2023, the next premium title will release on November 10th.

Season 6 will include the following new content:

• 2 New Operators, 1 Licensed
• 3 New Weapons
• 2 Core Maps
• 1 Ground War Map
• Haunting of Saba Event (Halloween Event)
• 1 New Battle Pass
• Tier 1 Event
• 70 Bundles

All in all, there aren't too many surprises here. A new Battle Pass, three new weapons and a couple of new multiplayer maps are standard for every season. However, the licensed operators are quite interesting. This means that we will get more crossovers like the Messi and Pogba operators or King Kong, Godzilla, and the Attack on Titan operators from Warzone 1.
