We hesitate to describe the MTZ-556 as a flex weapon, but it's phenomenally fast for an AR, at least compared to anything on offer last year. If you like to play ARs, but you also play aggressively, we recommend this weapon. Here is the best MW3 MTZ-556 loadout.
The MTZ-556 has low damage per bullet but a fast rate-of-fire, so it's actual TTK is very impressive, at least in close and mid-range engagements. It also has great handling and mobility stats, and not too much recoil.
We've been loving this weapon as a secondary on our sniper loadouts, but we also think it can be used as a primary in its own right. In the loadout guide below we suggest the best attachments for the MTZ-556, as well as the right perks and equipment to go with it.

With an AR we naturally want to increase our range and recoil control, and we're prepared to sacrifice a little bit of mobility and "Tac Stance Spread" to achieve it. You might want to invest in an extended mag or a silencer, in which case we would suggest dropping the Rear Grip first. But we don't feel like those attachments are worth it for most AR players.

With an MTZ-556 you want all the classic perks for a main AR, included Stalker Boots for faster strafe speed, Quick Grip Gloves for faster weapon swap, and a Trophy system to throw down whenever you're holding a power position. We actually love this new perk system, to be honest.
