The Renetti is one of the best sidearms in Modern Warfare 3. With the right attachments, it can be turned into a full auto SMG.
Sidearms in Modern Warfare 3 are very strong. For whatever reason Sledgehammer like these weapons to have more of an impact. And it's especially noticeable in MW3 because while the TTK in general is a lot slower than in MW2, some sidearms in MW3 can actually compete with the primary weapons.
The Renetti is one of them, and it is ridiculously strong if used with the right attachments. Thanks to the newly introduced Aftermarket Parts you can turn the Renetti into a full auto SMG, that could very well fit into our MW3 SMG tier ranking.
Here is our favorite Renetti setup and loadout, for everyone who needs a full auto secondary, but doesn't want to use Overkill.

The main goal of this setup is to turn the Renetti into a full auto SMG by using the Jak Ferocity Carbine Kit. To make it even more deadly, we have to add the huge 50 round mag and an underbarrel for more recoil control. The ammunition and barrel will increase our range and since it still is a pistol the mobility remains great even with the disadvantages of some of the attachments.
MW3 Renetti Loadout: The Best Equipment, Field Upgrade & Perks
Since this is a sidearm, you obviously need a great primary weapon to go with it. For a good all-rounder loadout we can recommend the MCW AR, but since the Renetti is pretty strong you can basically choose whatever Primary you like most.

This is a pretty standard loadout, with gloves for faster weapon switching and boots for better strafe speed. The EOD padding will reduce damage from explosives and for grenades you can choose whatever you like best.
