Warzone Season 5 is here, and delivers a bunch of new POIs and Map Changes to Verdansk '84. Let's take a look at everything that has changed in Verdansk '84 with Warzone Season 5, and all the new POIs that are dotting the map. Let's dive in.
Okay, I've got to be real with you: this is not going to be a long article. Why? Because Season 5 basically adds nothing to Verdansk '84. Well, look, there's probably a new Warzone Map coming with Call of Duty: Vanguard – possibly a Pacific Map! – so Raven are probably busy building that. Still. You're charging for this, guys. What the hell? Anyway, to drive the point home, it's time to take a look at all the new POIs and Map Changes in Warzone Season 5.
Warzone Season 5 is here, and it's... adding very little. Well. Let's take a look at what it is adding, rather than what it's not, right? Positive thoughts, people. Positive thoughts. Sorry, back to my point: yes, these were all the new POIs and Map Changes in Warzone Season 5, but you should also catch up on everything else Season 5. Here's what you need to get started:

What are the New POIs and Map Changes in Warzone Season 5?
Warzone Season 5 adds Mobile Broadcast Stations to Verdansk '84 that change their location every match, thus, we cannot provide a map for you because the bloody things are always in a different location. Honestly, it's not that much of a let down if you can't find them. They are basically just trucks with an antenna on their backs. Exciting. Really exciting... seriously. I'm not being sarcastic at all.
Here's what Raven Software have to say about the whole thing:
"As the name suggests, these mobile stations can be placed in a variety of locations in Verdansk, differing from match-to-match to keep one area from being signal boosted by the rewards they offer. See what they’re all about by going closer to them, but be sure to keep your head and tune out the broadcast each one emits…"
Look. There are a few that you can find across the map, changing positions match-to-match. It is, admittedly, a pretty cool little change, but not really anything to write home about. Hopefully the Warzone-Vanguard map will be a bit more exciting because, let's be real, Verdansk '84 is killing Warzone.

Warzone Season 5's New Gulag
Warzone Season 5 has added a new Gulag, based on Rush from Black Ops 2. The main "Speedball" arena is featured as a Gulag, and acts as a very close-quarters, but fun change. It is still early days for Warzone Season 5, so we are yet to know if this is going to turn out to be a good Gulag, but that's okay. We'll keep playing, and bring our assessment of it soon. The only thing we will say, though, is the following: what's with this constant need to just rehash old maps? Why is Call of Duty so eternally lazy at the moment?
New Red Door Locations in Warzone Season 5
According to the Warzone Season 5 patch notes, Red Doors are now sending you to unexpected locations "other than the main room". Apparently it has something to do with the Mobile Broadcast Stations, but we're not really sure what the link is yet. As with the Gulag, it is too early to comment on the new Red Door Locations, but we'll be in with our judgements soon. In the meantime, enjoy the other features added in Warzone Season 5... you'll need to because there weren't many new POIs and Map Changes in Warzone Season 5 at all...
