BOCW & Warzone Hunt for Adler Event Guide: Where is Adler?

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Season 3 is here, along with a host of new content to mark the Nuke Event, Warzone's new Verdansk '84 map, and the Hunt for Adler Event. The latter is where we will focus our efforts on right now. We are going to take a look at the Hunt for Adler Event, how to unlock the rewards, and where is Adler?

Hunt for Adler is one of the highlights of Season 3 so far, with the Warzone Nuke Event ending up a bit of a dud, and the new BOCW content being fine, but not as fabulous as Season 2. In the search to find out where Adler is, players can collect all sorts of sweet gear.

What is the Hunt for Adler Event in BOCW & Warzone?

The Hunt for Adler Event features both challenges and rewards, and is available in both Black Ops Cold War and Warzone. There are many challenges to complete, different in both games, but both towards the same goal: finding Adler.

Where is Adler?

Adler has been missing, and under interrogation from the Russians, but is now rumored to be in Verdansk. The recent Season 2 Outro revealed that the Rescue Mission was a disaster. Adler was nowhere to be found, but had clearly been tortured, and all signs pointed to Verdansk. That's where we start off in Season 3, and that's where the Hunt for Adler Event comes in...

How to Complete the Hunt for Adler Event in BOCW & Warzone

To complete the Hunt for Adler Event, you need to complete various challenges in both Black Ops Cold War and Warzone. Each challenge yields its own reward, and ultimately you will earn the Tortured and Rescued Legendary Adler Skin if you complete all the challenges before April 27.

How to Complete the Hunt for Adler Challenges in Warzone

Complete Intel Contracts in Farmlands

Check the intel screen in the Hunt for Adler main menu to check the location of the intel contract.
The building is in the center of Farmlands, the new large building. It kind of looks like a church.
Go to the location, and the room you want to check out is on the second floor.
Collect the Intel Contract. Enjoy.

Complete Intel Contract on Gora Summit

Head over to Gora Summit, check the map for the correct location.
Check the exterior of a large building, built into a rocky structure.
Check for the number R306 on the outside of the building
You can also identify the building by the big satellite dish.
Head inside, and collect the Intel Contract.

Complete Intel Contract in Airplane Factory

Yet again, check the map. The image looks like the interior of another building.
The room you're looking for is an Airplane factory.
Head to the Airplane factory and have a look around
Collect the Intel in the factory, and you have collected all three Intel Contracts.

What are the Hunt for Adler Challenges in BOCW?

Play and complete 7 games on Yamantau.
- Reward: Epic Sticker
Kill 25 enemies that were revealed to you using the Spy Plane, H.A.R.P, or Field Mic.
- Reward: Rare Charm
Kill 25 enemies with a killstreak while you have the Assassin Perk.
- Reward: Epic Calling Card
