The DreamLeague Season 13 playoffs of the Dota 2 Leipzig Major tournament in Germany move onward as two more teams got eliminated and another two dropped to the lower bracket.
The last SEA team remaining
The first showdown for the day was no other than Fnatic versus TNC Predator. The latter completely dominated game one with Kim "Gabbi" Villafuerte on the Slark who managed to stay alive for the entirety of the match. Fnatic's supports ended up being nothing more than dead meat for the fish as it all came to an end.
In Game 2, Fnatic put their chips on the late game with a Medusa pick while TNC answered accordingly with a Naga Siren. The game actually didn't last as long as everyone expected and concluded in a little over 40 minutes. Fnatic's Medusa reached critical levels and even purchased a Divine Rapier while TNC still had absolutely no answer for it.
The final game in the series was claimed by TNC Predator, who managed to reconstruct the experience from the previous match as their Huskar became unkillable. Fnatic had a good run, but TNC proved they were the better team this time and advance to the next stage.

Team Liquid vs. Natus Vincere
Game 1 between the two teams took quite a long time as it lasted for over 80 minutes, but in the end, Liquid managed to steal it.
The second match of the series was much shorter and ended in 47 minutes. Team Liquid cheesed their way through it with a Broodmother pick on the mid lane, and despite having an answer with Earthshaker, Na'Vi couldn't find the right moment to stop her. Choking their enemy with mega creeps and catching Slark without buyback won the game for Liquid as they secured a spot in the top 8 of DreamLeague Season 13.
Evil Geniuses against Vici Gaming
EG versus VG was a series to look for, with both of them being renowned organizations in their respective regions. Game 1 was a total stomp as the Chinese powerhouse destroyed all hope for the American team. Zeng "Ori" Jiaoyang's Outworld Devourer went out of control and had a perfect game along with his teammate Zhang "Eurus" Chengjun on the Magnus.
Game 2 offered more of the same, but it dragged on for a little longer. Out of the entire EG roster, only Abed "Abed" Yusop had a positive score, and that was saying a lot for how the team was doing. VG managed to protect their Drow Ranger with Lich and Abaddon, making her dish out tons of damage.
EG descended to the lower bracket while Vici Gaming were the first team to earn a spot in the DreamLeague Season 13 upper bracket finals.
Team Secret versus Alliance
The last series for the day was between two of the three remaining European teams. Secret started with a small advantage in the early game, which only grew further and further, reaching over 40k gold by the end. With the Arc Warden clone being a constant issue for Alliance, it was only a matter of time before someone was caught off-guard. 45 minutes Alliance's Viper got melted without having buyback and the game was over.
Game 2 proved to be the final one for the day as Team Secret grabbed the early advantage once again. Escalating in gold and experience, the match ended in 25 minutes and a final score of 34:5 in favor of Secret.
Alliancemake a step down to the lower end of the event and will still have a chance to make it back up. All they have to do is defeat anyone who stands in their way, but DreamLeague Season 13 won't get easier from here on.
