Donald J. Trump, former President of the United States of America, will spend the 20th anniversary of 9/11 commentating the Holyfield vs. Belford fight in Florida. It doesn't get much better than this folks.

Yep, this is actually happening. As the man himself said at a press conference:

I love great fighters and great fights. I look forward to seeing both this Saturday night and sharing my thoughts ringside. You won’t want to miss this special event.

This is going to be a ridiculous event. Let's get into the details.

Trump's Boxing Match On The Anniversary Of 9/11

As absurd as it sounds, Donald J. Trump will be commentating on the Holyfield vs. Belford fight on the 20th anniversary of 9/11. Other former Presidents are no doubt laying the appropriate wreathes and shaking the right hands. But Trump, if nothing else, is Trump.

The match was originally supposed to be between Belfort and Oscar De La Hoya, but Hoya tested positive for Covid-19 which led to a last-minute re-ordering of the ticket. The location of the fight was also moved from L.A. to Miami, which is no doubt more appealing for Trump.

This isn't actually Trump's first rodeo in the boxing ring either. The former President has promoted several fights since the eighties, some of them were held at his properties.
