Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson gave his fans a first look at his suit in the upcoming movie Black Adam – "this is not your typical DC or Marvel padded muscle suit".
Superhero movies have taken over the industry and there's no sign of it stopping any time soon. We've seen the most famous heroes from both Marvel and DC make their debut on the big screen. If you didn't like the Snyder Cut or Justice League, there's something else you should be looking forward to. Black Adam is the next big DC movie that's already in the making and expected to come out in 2022. Dwayne Johnson was cast to play Black Adam and earlier today, the actor shared the first behind-the-scenes photo.
Dwayne Johnson Shares First Look at Black Adam
Black Adam is nowhere near complete, as the movie was postponed to July 29, 2022. We have no doubt that during that long period, fans will be fed with various pictures and trailers. We've already seen the teaser back in 2020 during the DC FanDome.
The first picture from the set of Black Adam comes directly fromDwayne Johnson's Instagram account. The actor also shared some more details regarding the upcoming movie:

Johnson also mentioned that "this is not your typical DC or Marvel padded muscle suit". In other words, Dwayne Johnson will be the star of the show and all the muscles on the suit will be his own.
Who is Black Adam?
Black Adam was initially a villain that first appeared in the 1940s, but then turned into an anti-hero in the early 2000s. The upcoming movie will be taking place in the same universe as Shazam! (2019). Shazam is an abbreviation of the gods that grant him power – Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles, and Mercury.
