Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Attack on Titan: Season 4, Part 2 will be released on Netflix anytime soon.
The streaming service only has the first season of the series in its current anime lineup, and unfortunately that's been the case for some time now. Still, we are relatively confident that Netflix will add the newer seasons to its lineup in due time, as the demand for this fantastic anime is growing by the day. When that will be is still unknown at this point in time.
