Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed are really close friends and often produce content together, which is why it does make sense that they would stand up for eachother. However, no one could have predicted that Kai Cenat would threaten to leave Twitch after 2 years of IShowSpeed being banned.
Kai Cenat recently threatened to leave Twitch because of its ban of Influencer IShowSpeed.
Kai Cenat Threatens to Leave Twitch – All Because IShowSpeed Couldn't Keep It In His Pants (Again)
IShowSpeed got banned from Twitch back in 2021 when he appeared on a dating show hosted by Adin Ross. There, he asked his date Ash Kaashh a hypothetical question: Would they have intercourse if they were the last two people on earth. She dismissed his hypothetical "request", and he kind of lost it after that, jokingly claiming that no one could stop him. He probably didn't see coming that Twitch would stop him, because he got kicked for "s*xual coercion or intimidation" shortly afterwards.
Now, Kai Cenat has made it his own personal mission to get the 18-year-old his account back. How does he want to achieve this? Threats, apparently. Just after becoming the most subscribed streamer of all time in March and being under the top 10 biggest streamers on Twitch, he has threatened to leave the platform if they don't unban IShowSpeed.

And that's not the only part of their plan. He and Speed talked to Daniel J. Clancy, chief executive at Twitch, at an event, begging him to unban the young streamer. To additionally underline how serious they are, IShowSpeed fell onto his knees. Clancy just laughs and says he has a new phone and doesn't have the app.
Can't get enough of Twitch bans? Then this particularly stupid story might be for you:
