After Mike Tyson was recorded beating up a fellow plane passenger, he has spoken out about what happened, revealing his side of the story.
Mike Tyson may have been caught on video beating up a fellow passenger on an airplane. From the video itself, it does seem like this has happened, especially seeing as a number of people close to Tyson have now made statements about what happened.
It does, however, come after a busy few days for the retired boxer, who recently made an appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast, before having Rogan on his own podcast, Hitboxin' with Mike Tyson. In the latter show, Rogan even made the claim that Jake Paul was a "genius" for trying to set up the pending fight.

Mike Tyson Speaks Out About Alleged Airplane Assault
After Mike Tyson was recorded punching a fellow passenger on an airplane back in April, he has spoken out about the incident and revealed his side of the story. The conversation comes after almost two months of speculation around the motives behind the alleged assault, and after many celebrities (such as Logan Paul and Joe Rogan) spoke out in support of the retired boxing superstar.
On the latest Episode of Tyson's podcast, Hitboxin' with Mike Tyson, the retired boxing champion revealed that the man he allegedly assaulted will not be pressing charges. He said that it was unusual for him to be taking a public plane anyway, and that he had been nice to the man before the incident.
They said they aren’t gonna press charges. He kept [forking] with me. I took pictures with this [dude]... and I shouldn't even be taking public planes. My wife gets mad that I take public planes, but what am I to do on a [forking] plane with my friends and what am I supposed to do, get watched by a [forking] bodyguard, like what am I supposed to do on a plane?

Logan Paul "Can Relate" to Mike Tyson's Aeroplane Fight
Not only has Joe Rogan spoken out in support of Mike Tyson's on-flight antics last week (detailed below), but now Logan Paul has said that he can "relate" to Tyson's situation. Paul's defense of Tyson is not so unexpected, to be honest, especially when you think about his history of doing rather questionable things...
I can relate to this because when you take a selfie with someone, that’s going to be the end of our interaction. Maybe if I’m interested in the conversation ill continue, but if we’re sitting next to each other on a plane and it’s clear I’m not into the conversation, stop.... The fact that this guy was making videos and being obnoxious and then got to the point of talking s**t… well… play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
Okay, sure, that makes sense. Obviously you shouldn't harass people, that goes for not just on airplanes but anywhere to be honest. You know what's also not okay? Beating the living s**t out of someone. Come on, guys, stop defending someone who literally lost his temper and assaulted someone. That's not something you would expect from a grown man. Honestly.

Joe Rogan Speaks Out About Mike Tyson Attack
Major podcast host and professional fighting commentator Joe Rogan has spoken out about Mike Tyson's alleged assault on the plane. The comedian said on his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, that he was completely shocked by the man's behavior on the plane and totally unsurprised at Tyson's reaction.
It’s real simple, that dude was a douchebag. He was annoying one of the baddest mother[forkers] that have ever walked the face of the Earth. It’s so dumb! It’s not even kicking a beehive, it’s like headbutting a beehive.
Rogan said that if you find yourself being beaten up by Mike Tyson on an airplane, "you probably earned it". Whilst this assessment does seem a little extreme, especially seeing as such behavior is assault and violence of this kind is never justified, no matter how much a d**khead someone is being.
People get crazy. They think just because he’s Mike Tyson, he’s famous, he can’t just punch you. You’re annoying him! He’s gonna just [forking] hit you like a normal person would.
This is not necessarily true, though, considering that Mike Tyson is a professional fighter, and you would hope knows how to contain his rage. Part of being a boxer or MMA fighter, or anyone who engages in martial arts, is discipline. Tyson should not have attacked this man, despite the abuse he was being dealt.

It's unknown whether Jake Paul and Mike Tyson will take it to the boxing ring, but his opponent has already commented on Tyson's alleged assault, saying that "if you're being heckled in public like Mike Tyson was, you should legally get a hall pass to beat someone [up]."
Mike Tyson Assaulted Man On Plane After Being Harassed
Mike Tyson's public relations representative has confirmed that Mike Tyson attacked a man onboard a JetBlue flight. The alleged assault reportedly occurred after the former boxing star was repeatedly harassed by a fellow passenger. The representative claimed that the passenger even threw a bottle of water at him.
Unfortunately, Mr. Tyson had an incident on a flight with an aggressive passenger who began harassing him... and threw a water bottle at him while he was in his seat.
The statement was made to TMZ and confirmed that the act of aggression did, in fact, happen. Apparently the beaten passenger went to law enforcement following the alleged assault, but it is not yet known whether charges will be issued as the authorities have not commented publicly as of writing.
Whether Mike Tyson was harassed uncomfortably and inappropriately on this flight, there is never any excuse for these kinds of responses. That being said, it would be a little absurd if the bloke harassing this former professional fighter would have expected anything else as a response to doing what he allegedly did.
The video does seem pretty conclusive, however, that the passenger was carrying on and behaving very inappropriately, calling Tyson a "peasant" after he had been ignored. Either way, though, it will be interesting to see what comes of this altercation as it seems that the passenger was not very helpful when police interviewed him after the incident.
