Imane “Pokimane” Anys is one of the most popular Twitch streamers, as well as a female gaming icon. She became popular playing League of Legends, but recently had her fall from grace, admitting that she's enjoying the mobile game Candy Crush.

Pokimane Defends Candy Crush Against Her Viewers

Pokimane is a great role model for female gamers, rarely being involved in drama, being good at games and just all around being a pretty cool person. She started her journey on Twitch playing the poplar MOBA League of Legends and has since broadened her portfolio, playing Fortnite and Valorant as well.

Okay, there have been some unfortunate mishaps, but that can happen to anybody and she handled it like a champ!

Now, it seems like she completed her journey, reaching the mom phase of gaming at the tender age of 26, openly admitting that she is recently enjoying the popular mobile game Candy Crush.

She even jokes about this, saying: “I gotta let you guys know, I've been playing Candy Crush. Yup, that's the gamer pipeline. League of Legends, Fortnite, Valorant, Candy Crush.”

Her chat replied appropriately by excessively making fun of her, dropping a lot of pretty fire jokes, like “Never beating the mom allegations”.

It was all good fun, though, so don't worry. Poki laughed off all the jokes and replied to the lighthearted comments accordingly:

“Stop it! I'm one of the youngest in our whole friend group. I'm so young! I'm extremely young. I'm very young! I'm 26, that's like being a baby adult, you know? Just 'cus I play Candy Crush, it doesn't mean anything.”

I guess she already saw this kind of reaction coming. I mean, if you experienced what next gen consoles, or a gaming pc have to offer, how could you not make fun of mobile games? At least a little.
