Twitch streamer Feinberg got his second account on the platform banned because of an inappropriate joke. There's a plot twist: the joke was poked at Feinberg himself.

Twitch Streamer Feinberg Got Banned for Making Fun of Himself
Feinberg is a relatively unknown streamer who is with the esports organization Method. The Minecraft speed-runner wanted to get famous with his content, or at the very least "something like him changing the world in some way", as he posted on his Twitter feed, but alas, fame came from a ban. Not even of his primary account!
Feinberg thought he can be slick and joke with himself. No, no, no! Fun is not allowed over here! Twitch suspended the man's alternative account because of its offensive name. The account was called, wait for it - feinbergsucks. We would punish the lack of originality if it were up to us. Twitch, for their part, decided to drop the hammer for a much more boring reason.
Feinberg values this secondary account quite a bit, judging by his immediate reaction. The streamer felt he got wrongfully penalized and took his plea directly to the Twitch Support Twitter account.
Hi @TwitchSupport my alternate twitch account "feinbergsucks" was perma suspended yesterday for an inappropriate name. Am I not allowed to poke fun at myself? I can't stream or use twitch on my main in fear of TOS and I don't believe the suspension is warranted please help me out

We definitely feel for Feinberg, though we can see where Twitch is coming from. Feinbergsucks isn't the worst thing you could come up with, but if they let that slide, the self-trolling could accelerate towards toxicity very quickly.

The site can at least lift the ban and give the owner time to change its name and move on. He has pledged to do so. No need to turn this minor offense into more than it really is: a little rule-breaking self-ridicule.
