A POTM at 82 OVR is a joke, right? That may be true, but Farid Boulaya is extremely cheap, has a 4-star weak foot and 5-star skill moves, can be equally effective in attacking midfield or on the wing and can excel with the correct chemistry style.
If you plan on keeping the Algerian at his natural position, turn him into a Maestro to boost passing and shooting and you have a fantastic playmaker in your hands. If you go for Engine, you can comfortably take Boulaya out on the wing and dribble your way around the defense at blistering pace. As you can see, there is plenty you can do with this card and it would cost you the FUT equivalent of spare change.
