FIFA 21 Summer Stars Team 2 is coming out this Friday. Team 1 had some spectacular cards on board and we expect nothing less from its successor. After all, we are speaking of the best performers at EURO 2020 and Copa America 2021, so there's no way the players are going to suck. Here is our Summer Stars Team 2 prediction.
We expect the new players to be mostly from the eight semi-finalists across the two tournaments: Spain, Italy, Denmark, England, Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Colombia. That's fine by us, cause there's plenty to choose from these nations.
Summer Stars Team 2: Prediction, Release Date & More
Summer Stars Team 2 will go live on Friday, July 9, 2021, at 7pm CET. If that seems too far away, you have Summer Stars Team 1 to entertain you at the moment. The pack cards are all extraordinary and there are three SBCs still available for completion. Of course, we have the cheapest solution for Xherdan Shaqiri, Joshua Kimmich and Patrik Schick all set up for you. Now let's turn our attention back to the future and Team 2.
FIFA 21 Summer Stars Team 2
Summer Stars Team 2 will include the best performers from EURO 2020 and Copa America 2021 that don't have a Festival of FUTball card and that aren't a part of Team 1, obviously. Expect the 14 new cards to be heavy on players from the eight semi-finalists. We can see the lineup looking something like this:
Summer Stars Team 2 Prediction
- GK: Jordan Pickford (England/Everton)
- LB: Joakim Maehle (Denmark/Atalanta)
- CB: Yerry Mina (Colombia/Everton)
- CB: Giorgio Chiellini (Italy/Juventus)
- CDM: Guido Rodriguez (Argentina/Real Betis)
- CM: Pedri (Spain/Barcelona)
- CM: Rodrigo De Paul (Argentina/Udinese)
- CAM: Lucas Paquetá (Brazil/Olympique Lyon)
- RW: André Carrillo (Peru/Al Hilal)
- LW: Lorenzo Insigne (Italy/Napoli)
- LW: Neymar (Brazil/PSG)
- ST: Harry Kane (England/Tottenham Hotspur)
- ST: Gianluca Lapadula (Peru/Benevento)
- ST: Kasper Dolberg (Denmark/Nice)
There were two 99 OVR cards in the first squad, and we expect to have as many in the second. Our bet goes to Harry Kane and Neymar. They fit the bill as the two biggest stars on this projected team, each one coming from a separate continent.
