The FIFA 21 TOTW is here. On its own, it's not worth much. For owners of Headliners owners, the picture can't be any different. Four players get upgrades on their dynamic cards, though just two of those upgrades are a direct sequence of TOTW 19.
Liverpool's Mohamed Salah may lead the OVR race in FIFA 21 TOTW 19, but other players' presence bring much more excitement. At least to those that have secured the correct Headliners cards.

All of you that possess either Sergej Milinković-Savić or Henrikh Mkhitaryan's Headliners card, or both, can be very pleased. The Serie A stars are both featured in TOTW 19 and thus receive an upgrade on their dynamic cards. Two other Headliners - Leon Goretzka and Jonathan Bamba also get a boost, but that's thanks to their clubs Bayern München and Lille, respectively, winning four consecutive games. I digress.
Salah, Milinković-Savić and Mkhitaryan aside, the other cards worth consideration are emerging Manchester City right back João Cancelo and Inter striker Lautaro Martínez.
