FC Bayern Vs FC Barcelona... for some it's all about everything, for others it's like giving away your last games in the Weekend League. What sounds like a duel at the top of European football is (unfortunately) more like a matchup between two different leagues this year. Well, after all the hustle and bustle around Black Friday and the new TOTGS Cards, there is also a new SBC! A showdown, to be precise. Find out what it is and how to complete the SBCs here.

Showdown SBCs Summary

To get everyone on the same level: The two Showdown Cards are directly linked to the result of the Champions League match between Bayern and Barca. If Bayern wins, Süle gets an Upgrade +2 to 90. If Barca wins (lol), Pique goes up to 90. If the two teams draw fair & square, both centre-backs get a +1 Upgrade. Here you have a compact overview of the SBC:

As you can see, the two SBCs aren't exactly cheap, but in the end, there's no difference between them. Of course, FC Bayern got a few more special cards in FIFA 22 than FC Barcelona due to better performances. Pique - who was previously unplayable with the pace - now looks quite nice for LaLiga teams. Are The Showdown SBCs in FIFA 22 Worth It?

Difficult to say, but we give a cautious "yes". The SBC is really worth it, though, if you bet on the right player and his team wins the Champions League Fixture. If you have the coins for it, you can of course do both - but then it will be quite expensive.
