You have to submit one team in total with a squad rating of 83 (min. one La Liga player). Additionally, you need two players with an 85 OVR. That means you can fill up the rest of your team with 82-rated players. The SBC has a fair price of 30k.

That's a win – get rid of fodder you don't need and secure a card with 89 OVR. You can either put him into another SBC or use this guy as central striker if you play with crosses. 4 Star/4 Star is also nice to have.

La Liga POTM: How To Vote

Voting takes place on the EA website for POTM players. Choose one of the candidates and hope that the majority will also choose your favorite. The winner receives a POTM card and will be available as a Squad Building Challenge.The LaLiga candidates consist of seven nominees that EA proposes. Logically, the publisher wants to prevent that one player becomes Player of the Month all the time. So don't be surprised if, for example, Karim Benzema doesn't appear among the nominees every month – even though he deserved it.
