FIFAe Nations Series: Who Are The Favorites For The Playoffs In The FIFAe Nations Series 2023?
There are 6 regions in the FIFAe Nations Series. We'll give you a quick rundown of each region's favorites by looking at their past performances.
South America
Not only at the World Cup in Qatar did the Brazilians fall short of their own expectations; it doesn't look like it's working out on the console in FIFA 23 either. With only 6 points from 8 games, they have to go the extra mile in the Online Qualifiers.
But as last year's winners and Nations Ranking's number 1 (last updated on 18 Apr 2023), they definitely have to stay in the back of your mind. Unfortunately for them, the Argentines are the kings of South America this year. They have a very good chance of making their title dream come true digitally, after winning the World Cup in Qatar.
- In South America, the last participants for the Playoffs will be determined in the Online Qualifiers from April 20th to 22nd.
North & Central America
A little further north in North and Central America, the US-Americans, and Mexicans have been able to convince the most in the Play-Ins. The only two losses they experienced were when they played against each other.
- The last Online qualifiers in FIFA 23 take place in North and Central America worldwide. From April 22nd to 24th, the last tickets for the Playoffs will be distributed here.
Asia & Oceania
The Australian team played well in the Play-Ins and easily qualified for the Playoffs.
Middle East & Africa
The Saudi Arabia team made it through the Play-Ins easily and are going into the Playoffs in Middle East & Africa as favorites.
Europe
The teams of England and Denmark left a strong impression in the Play-Ins. Both took first place in their Play-Ins groups. England picked up a strong 20 points, going undefeated with 6 wins and two draws. Denmark got even one point more and had 7 wins and 1 loss in the Play-Ins. Even if Germany's e-national team had to work an extra shift in the Online Qualifiers, they can count on chances in the Playoffs.
