Madness! Half a million people have already taken part in the survey on fifplay.com. The fan site asks FIFA players which new league they would like to see in the upcoming FIFA 22. We show you the favorites - will one of them make it into the new FIFA?
The website fifplay.com put up a poll about which as of yet unlicensed league fans want to see added to FIFA 22. As of June 24, more than 570,000 people have cast their vote.
We will show you the top 10 as of this moment, but keep in mind that fifplay.com is not an official representative for EA or FIFA, so take the poll results more as a recommendation sent from fans to publisher via a third party, rather than an official poll created by EA themselves.
Which League Should Be Added in FIFA 22?
FIFA 21 includes 34 officially licensed leagues, but none of them were new to the franchise. The last league to be added was the Romanian top tier, which first joined the roster in FIFA 20. Matter of fact, FIFA 21 had less leagues in it than its predecessor, because the Chilean and Colombian domestic competitions took their talents to PES.

With PES poaching further licenses, fans of the FIFA series are growing worried that EA care less and less about providing authentic products. Unsurprisingly, many among the community crave for new content. That's reflected in the amount of votes cast in fifplay's poll.
The question was asked: Which league do you want to see in FIFA 22? This is how the people responded:
- Ukraine: Premier League (9%, 52.470 votes)
- Greece: Super League (7%, 38.241 votes)
- Hungary: Nemzeti Bajnokság (5%, 26.094 votes)
- Turkey: 1st Lig (second tier) (3%, 18.406 votes)
- Algeria: Ligue Professionnelle 1n (3%, 16.791votes)
- United Arab Emirates: UAE Arabian Gulf League (3%, 15.258 votes)
- Portugal: Liga Portugal 2 (second tier) (2%, 14.180 votes)
- Albania: Kategoria Superiore (2%, 13.230 votes)
- Egypt: Premier League (2 %, 13.130 votes)
- Indonesia: Liga 1 (2 %, 13.121 votes)
Ukraine and Greece hold a solid grip on the top two places, but there's great variety in the top 10. The interest in non-European leagues is evident, and EA may want to look more serious towards the possibility of expansion in that direction.
