Tottenham Hotspur is adorned with world stars on the offensive, but the mood is often gloomy in defense. The Spurs are longing for a prestigious title for decades, they have made several signings this year. Here are the “semi-official” FIFA 23 Tottenham Hotspur Ratings. EA actually downgraded Harry Kane!
EA Sports and Microsoft released FIFA 23 by accident on Xbox on August 30, 2022 – a whole month before the actual release. EA Play members were already able to play the new FIFA – the online modes have now been taken offline – but they couldn't stop what happened next: all the new ratings got leaked.
It is not known whether EA will change the overall ratings again. However, we assume that the ratings are final. It would be weird if they would just quickly change them again, after all, EA has reasons why they choose stats like this.
Tottenham Hotspur In FIFA 23
Tottenham is a team that has always moved between light and shadow for years. In 2019, Spurs make it to the Champions League final, only to play in the UEFA Conference League a little later, eh? Then Manchester City get literally swept off their feet by Spurs, only to lose to bots like Southampton in the following game.
Well, hopefully now they've found the coach in Antonio Conte who can get the full potential out of the team. EA Sports, on the other hand, didn't get the full potential out of the Tottenham Hotspur ratings in FIFA 23...
Tottenham Hotspur Ratings In FIFA 23
None other than Harry Kane himself got kicked out of the select circle of players with 90 OVR. The striker only gets an 89 in FIFA 23. This was first shown in the trailers from EA, which they published as part of the promo phase for the upcoming FIFA. EA's recent screw-up only confirmed what we already kind of knew.
What we also just can't get our head around, is that Son didn't get an upgrade. I mean, he was probably the best player of the last Premier League season... give the man a little respect, EA. In general, it seems like Conte needs to stay with the Spurs for at least one more year in order for the ratings to increase.
