Yesterday, March 25th, Epic Games updated the Daily Duos with a big prize pool - every day. The name of the Fortnite event already reveals a lot: Daily Duo Cup. Every day, teams of two are asked to earn as many points as possible within a certain period. Perfect for competing with professionals on the scene and improving your own team play, the event runs until 30 April with 5 thousand dollars to the number 1 winners.

The Daily Duo Cup format
The new tournament series called the Daily Duo Cup has been released in the "Competition" tab on the Epic Games website and can be played in all competitive regions. The format is simple: each participating duo has three hours to play a maximum of ten games. Points are earned in the process. The whole event is divided as follows:
- Every Wednesday from March 25th to April 22nd, 2020: Candidate Cup with cash prizes.
- Every Thursday from 26 March to 23 April 2020: Platform Cup with cash prizes.
The rating system is easy to understand: Epic victories bring 10 points, 2nd to 5th place 7 points, 6th to 10th place 5 points and 11th to 15th place 3 points. Each elimination gives one point. To win a prize, more points must be collected than all other participants have. Because only the first place receives the prize money.
