The "Trophy Up" Cup in Fortnite kicks off today. What can you get from it and what´s with that emote? Find out here!

Tonight, August 18, the Raise The Cup tournament will take place. This event has been organized to celebrate Liverpool's victory in the English Premier League. However, Fortnite has made it clear that the football club has not sponsored, supported, or managed this tournament.

Sad but true - there are no cash prizes to win this time, but there is an emote, which shows that you are the best of the best. So let's start at the beginning.

How to Participate

Players must be placed in the Open League (Division I, II or III) or a higher league of the Arena Mode in their respective region at the beginning of the competition to participate. In the tournament, they can then play a maximum of 10 rounds within 3 hours. Note: A player may participate in the tournament section in one server region only!

The rating system of the Raise the Cup tournament is similar to the rating system of the previous cups. While there are 2 points per kill, here again, the ranking plays a role. We have listed them here for you:

The Raise The Cup Emote as a Prize for the Best

As mentioned above, this time the Cup is not about cash prizes - but about blood, sweat, fame, honor and... an emote. The best from the different regions will receive the Raise The Cup Emote, with which they can always show that they are Fortnite pros.

In the Europe region, those who secure a place between 1st and 1000th place will be rewarded with the emote. Similarly, the top 625 players from the North America (East) region and the top 250 players from the North America (West) and Brazil regions will be rewarded with the emote. In Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East, the first 125 players will win the emote.
