Fortnite Season 4 is looking for a champion, and the FNCS 4 will provide us with that answer. Week 1 of the FNCS 4 has passed and we have your winners right here!
Season 4 of the Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) is the trios format and Week 1 took place on October 9 to 11 where the best names in Fortnite (NA East/West & Europe) took to the battle royale arena. Week 1 of the FNCS starts off fierce but only one squad can reign supreme in each region. Let’s see which team took home the glory and the loot.
Each region started with thousands of teams in the prelim lobbies until only 33 teams made it to the final matches. Competitive Fortnite is all about getting high kill counts over your matches and only the teams with the most kills place high in the standings.
FNCS 4 NA East Top 5 Squads
NA East featured all the big names in competitive Fortnite and included world champion Bugha, but he was only able to secure second place. The best teams in NA East battled it out but the Trio of Bucke, Khanada, and Kreo took it down by a 7-point margin with 66 kills and a nice even 250 points.

- 2nd: Jamper, Bugha, & Avery (243 pts.) - $4,500
- 3rd: Slackes, Acorn, & jahq (187 pts.) - $3,000

FNCS 4 NA West Top 5 Squads
Rounding out the NA competitive scene we had the trio of Arkhram, rehx, and EpikWhale completely smash Week 1 of the FNCS NA West region. With a total of 276 points and a whopping 52-point margin separating the second-place team of EP wavy, good aim 0 brain, & daddy dfavs. The Na West region was not even close and the top five showed a clear skill gap between the teams.

- 2nd: EP wavy, good aim 0 brain, & daddy dfavs (224 pts.) - $1,350
- 3rd: TurtleTavern, 4DRStorm, & Falconer (210 pts.) -$1,275

FNCS 4 Europe Top 5 Squads
The European region of Fortnite is known for its stiff competition and close lobbies and this remained mostly true as the trio of Keziixz, 4zr, and Nayte took home first place with 182. The rest of the top 5 was extremely close with only a handful of points separating the teams.

- 3rd: Solary Floki, Celement, Naekorzr - $9,000

That concludes Week 1 of the FNCS Week 2 begins October 15 to 18 where teams will continue to fight tooth and claw for the massive FNCS total prize pool of $5,000,000.
