This Friday, June 26th, Fortnite will host the Movie Nite for the first time on the big screen of Party Royale! Expect a complete movie by Christopher Nolan.
Fortnite already announced a few weeks ago that they would like to show a complete feature film by Christopher Nolan this summer in their then newly added mode Party Royale. Now the time has finally come! Depending on the region a different movie will be shown. These are:
- Batman Begins
- Inception
- The Prestige

When and where?
Depending on your region and country you'll get to see a different movie between the three. Those who have time will simply have to go to the big screen in Party Royale mode before the movie starts. Better be there a little earlier to secure your best seat.
The Prestige
Batman and Inception are one of the more famous movies from Nolan's repertoire. The Prestige, on the other hand, might have flown under the radar for many. We won't spoil too much by saying that the movie is about magicians and it's definitely worth the time. With Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman in the main roles you know it's going to be good.
After a tragic accident, two stage magicians engage in a battle to create the ultimate illusion while sacrificing everything they have to outwit each other.
How to manage the subtitles in Fortnite
Especially for the Movie Nite, Fortnite has introduced a new sound feature. To give players the best experience with Fortnite content with dialogues, such as TV series and films in Party Royale, it is now possible to turn on subtitles. Whether you prefer to watch with or without subtitles, now everyone has the option to set it in the preferences.
To turn subtitles on or off, simply open the audio settings and select options next to Subtitles.
Then you can adjust the subtitles in size and color.
Sadly content creators are not allowed to stream or record the film during the screening. Any streams or videos of the films will be subject to piracy and DCMA laws.
