First Korra joined Fortnite, and now she'll soon be joined by Aang and friends from Avatar: The Last Airbender! We've got all the details for you.
About two years ago, Epic Games signed a contract with Paramount. Soon after, rumors emerged about crossovers with the Ninja Turtles, SpongeBob, and Avatar.
And with both, the TMNT and Korra from the Avatar universe in Fortnite, they are naturally now joined by Aang and his friends from Avatar: The Last Airbender!
Avatar: The Last Airbender x Fortnite – All Details
Epic Games will bring Avatar: The Last Airbender to Fortnite with Chapter 5 Season 2 on April 12. The leaks, as is so often the case, come from our good friend and Fortnite leaker iFireMonkey.
Fortnite x Avatar: Event Pass
Similar to the Ninja Turtles, there will be a free and a premium event pass for 1,000 V-Bucks for this crossover, allowing you to snag free rewards through various quests. Aang will be immediately unlockable with the premium pass. Also, by completing quests, you can receive the Appa glider!

Aang and Appa have been teased on the Fortnite island with an iceberg that floats closer and closer to the island within 3 phases. As in the series, the two are trapped in this iceberg and will probably be freed on April 12.

Fortnite x Avatar: Characters
Aang and Appa are already being teased on the Fortnite island with an iceberg that moves closer to the island in three stages. As in the series, they are trapped in this iceberg and are likely to be freed on April 12th.

From the popular animated series, three additional characters, Katara, Toph, and Zuko, will be added to Fortnite's Item Shop. These are expected to arrive in the Item Shop on April 9th.

Fortnite x Avatar Mythic Items
The new Avatar event will also introduce new mythical items to the game. These will most likely to be bending items for the following elements: air, earth and fire but no water as there is already a waterbending item.

The timing couldn't be more fitting, as just recently Avatar: The Last Airbender received its own live-action adaptation on Netflix. Since this has been an extremely popular franchise for a long time, a collaboration is no surprise to anyone.
