Fortnite Season 8 has added some great new landing spots that you should check out. We take a look at the best landing spots in Season 8, so you can fill out your loadout and dominate the lobby right from the start.

With Fortnite Season 8: Cubed, the map has also changed a bit. But there are also new enemies lurking in many places. So, in order not to die right at the beginning, it's important to land in a good place that offers you safety or good loot.

Not all landing spots are created equally, so we'll show you the landing spots with the most loot in Season 8, so let's not delay! Let's take a look at the best landing spots in Fortnite Season 8.

The Best Landing Spots in Season 8

To give you an overview, we have marked all the locations for you on the map:

Don't forget that Fortnite's new Sideways realm could appear in any named location and then besiege that location with a bunch of cube zombies. If that's the case, we advise you to not go there until you have a loadout.

The Best Landing Spots in Season 8: Lazy Lake

Lazy Lake is a huge place where you can land with your team without having to worry about someone taking something from you. The area has a lot of chests, which means that you can quickly get a number of good weapons. Moreover, there is a weapon vending machine and a healing vending machine to equip stuff quickly as well. However, you should keep in mind that you probably won't land here by yourself.

The Best Landing Spots in Season 8: Durrr Burger

The area around Durrr Burger is the perfect place to gather wood! Admittedly, you won't find the best loot or the most chests there. With the many pallets in this landing spot, you'll have 999 wood in your inventory within seconds!

The Best Landing Spots in Season 8: The Orchard

My personal favorite. The Orchard actually has everything you dream of: Enough loot, chests and lots of wood to farm. In addition, few players usually end up there, which is why you have enough time to equip yourself before you go into battle.

The Best Landing Spots in Season 8: Canoe Lake

Canoe Lake is also a bit of a sleeper spot. There aren't quite as many chests here, but there are a bunch of fishing spots where you can catch some really nice loot if you're lucky. To the north by the shattered bowl, there's also an IO supply chest and a reboot bus.

To the west of Canoe Lake by the Fork-Knife snack truck, The Brat also sells a Chug-Cannon for 600 gold bars. And you know how OP this one is in the final storm circle!

The best Landing Spots in Season 8: Boney Burbs

Boney is interesting for anyone who loves to snipe! Since the normal sniper rifle no longer exists in Fortnite Season 8, the Dragon's Breath Sniper is just about the only sniper in the game that can kill an enemy with a single hit. It also burns down entire buildings, which makes it a very powerful weapon. You can buy it from Pitstop for 500 gold bars.

Try out one of these spots, and you should see some early game success. It is always better to have a plan than to just randomly land on the map. In the early game, your goal is to get your cozy loadout.
