Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 8 is ending soon, but there are some things you should definitely do before Chapter 3 starts!
The Convergence is complete, and the Cube Queen is preparing for the end of the island - nothing will stay the same. But before that happens and Fortnite Chapter 2 concludes with its grand finale, The End, on December 4, there are a few things you should definitely do. Get ready to say goodbye to the Fortnite Map and say hello to Fortnite Map Artemis.
What You Need To Do In Season 8 Before The End Of Chapter 2
You have less than 10 days left to complete some unfinished business in Chapter 2 before Chapter 3 starts.
Make sure to complete missions and redeem rewards before they are all removed from the game.
These are some things you can still do:
- Complete page 1 and 2 of the Cube Queen quests
- Find all the paint bottles and rainbow inks to unlock more styles for Toona Fish
- Trade your remaining Battle Stars for rewards
Epic announced in an official blog post that all remaining Battle Stars will be automatically exchanged for the earliest available rewards at the end of the season. However, you won't receive Rainbow Ink and Color Vial styles for Cartoon Fish in the process, so you should redeem them before the end of the season itself. As for orders from packs like the Graveyard Drift order pack - these will carry over to the next Season.
Spend Your Gold Bars
Unfortunately, you have to leave your gold bars in the old season. This means that they will not be transferred to the new chapter. Instead, starting from November 30, 15:00 CET, Wild Week: Bargain Hunt will take place to help you spend your bars.
During this week, character services and trading for exotic items will cost half as much! Here you have a list of all NPC locations in Fortnite.
To finish Chapter 2 in a grand way, Epic will also be hosting a "Turbo Level Up" weekend from November 27, 01:00 CET to November 29, 13:00 CET to help you with your final progress in Season 8!
All you have to do is log in to get the extreme XP boost to complete your Battle Pass. Also, from November 24 on, every player will get 225,000 XP as a reward when they log into Fortnite.
