The new legendary quests for week 13 in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 are here. One of them requires you to open a mission kit and place a jammer outside the IO base. Here's how to do it!I know, I know. This challenge sounds very complicated at first. Fortunately, it isn't. At least if you know where to look. We'll show you where to open the mission kit on the map and where to place a jammer outside of the IO base. You'll receive 45,000 XP once you complete this challenge, so it's worth it if you want to complete your Battle Pass before the start of Fortnite's Season 8.

Open The Mission Kit At Lazy Lake

The mission kit is located in the northeast corner of Lazy Lake. More precisely, under a flower bed, on the main street outside the building complex. The mission equipment looks similar to an IO chest and is easy to identify by its blue glow. Just interact with it to collect. Then it's off to the next location. We advise you to grab a car for this... unless you want to get some fight in of course.

Place A Jammer Outside The IO Base At Corny Complex

Next stop: Corny Complex. To place a jammer, you have to go directly to the IO base. Maybe find a gun before that. As you know, the IO guards aren't exactly friendly to you. You can place jammers in the following places:

  • Next to the kennel by the farmhouse, northeast of Corny Complex
  • In the field in front of the main barn, in the middle of Corny Complex
  • Next to a cabbage field, northwest of the main barn in the middle of Corny Complex

Remember that you have to complete the two tasks in one round. Should you be eliminated by an opponent or an IO guard, you have to start over and open the mission equipment at Lazy Lake again. The 45,000 XP is worth it, so make the effort!
