To celebrate the release of the new Epic Games game KID A MNESIA EXHIBITION, all Fortnite players can unlock items based on this experience. We'll show you how.
KID A MNESIA EXHIBITION is an upside-down digital-analog universe. It consists of Radiohead's original artwork and recordings and celebrates the 21st anniversary of Radiohead's Kid A and Amnesiac albums. The experience is free to download for PC and PlayStation 5. And like a true collaboration with Fortnite, you can even grab free Fortnite items for the game!
What's The KID A MNESIA EXHIBITION?

KID A MNESIA is a fevered dream-space, an edifice, built from the art & creatures, words & recordings of Radiohead’s Kid A and Amnesiac uncovered from 20 odd years ago, reassembled and given new mutant life.
Stanley Donwood and Thom Yorke’s twisted anxious artwork and writing made to accompany the music of Radiohead’s Kid A and Amnesiac is uncovered and brought back to life, in a building hidden in a forest made in pencil, stretching the idea of what an exhibition is to breaking point.. or into something else entirely.
The original multitrack recordings of Kid A and Amnesiac are scattered and reformed in a series of impossible or possible spaces populated by equally impossible or possible creatures, surrounded by the art of Stanley Donwood and Thom Yorke, created as the millenium loomed.
Okay, to be honest, this will not be everyone's cup of tea as these British rockers have not been that relevant over the last decade, so a younger audience will definitely say, "who is Radiohead?" Either way, it's kind of creepy, but I still recommend you play this "game". Keep in mind, there are free Fortnite cosmetics and that's what we're here for, right?
What Are The Free Fortnite Radiohead Cosmetics?
There are two free cosmetics that you can get. One is the Radiohead lobby music and the "land of freedom" loading screen
How do you get the free Fortnite Radiohead Cosmetics?
When you download KID A MNESIA EXHIBITION for PC or PlayStation 5, you will get the Radiohead lobby music for your Fortnite locker. The lobby music song is "Untitled V1", which is also featured on the triple anniversary album Kid A Mnesia.
For the PC, do the following:
- Select the game KID A MNESIA EXHIBITION from the Epic Games Store.
- Click Get.
- Click Yes, Buy Now. (Don't worry, the game is free).
- Install it on your PC.
- Once you open Fortnite, you should now have Radiohead lobby music in your locker.
When you download KID A MNESIA EXHIBITION for PlayStation 5, make sure your PlayStation account is also linked to your Epic account, so you can get the Radiohead lobby music. After you download the experience for PlayStation 5, you'll need to log into Fortnite on your console to get the lobby music.
You can get the loading screen easily. Just head to the Fortnite item store between November 19 at 01:00 CET and November 23 at 01:00 CET. This special loading screen is based on the iconic cover of the album Kid A. You can simply "buy" it for free.
