Epic Games might collaborate with Guerrilla Games again for the release of Horizon Forbidden West, as the latest leaks show. We have the details!
The long-awaited sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn, Horizon Forbidden West, is coming out in only a few days, and it looks like another chance for a great Fortnite crossover!
Epic has already collaborated with Guerrilla Games in the past where they brought Horizon Zero Dawn Cosmetics, an Aloy & Lara Croft LTM, and the Aloy Cup to Fortnite. By now, no one is surprised to see other gaming characters appear in Fortnite.
The list is long. We've seen crossovers with God of War, Street Fighter, Halo, and League of Legends in Fortnite, among others. We even have some Uncharted skins coming to Fortnite soon! So why not new Horizon skins and cosmetics?
A Fortnite x Horizon Forbidden West Crossover?
The leaks come the Fortnite leaker Shiina. Shiina has found a set in Fortnite, code-named “Gimmick”. It's said to include a female and a male outfit, and also the following item store background:
The "Gimmick" Item Shop background is most likely related to a new "Horizon: Forbidden West" collaboration, as the exact same colors were already used in the old promo images for the first collab. The game releases in 3 days and the "Gimmick" set has a male and a female outfit! pic.twitter.com/uAjuWDDg80

In addition, Shiina writes:
"The 'Gimmick' item store background is most likely related to a new Horizon: Forbidden West collaboration, as the exact same colors were already used in the old promo images for the first collaboration.
Of course, this is pure conjecture, and we must point out to you that the Horizon Forbidden West x Fortnite crossover has not been officially confirmed by Epic Games. But, Epic has returned to old collabs many times before, so why not with this one too?
Horizon Forbidden West will be released on February 18, 2022, for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. If there really is a crossover with Fortnite, we'll probably find out soon.
