The list of anime collaborations in Fortnite is long now. Just recently, Dragon Ball received its second battle royale crossover, and now another anime collaboration has been announced that couldn't be scarier. Because Junji Ito Maniac, a horror anime that released on Netflix in January 2023, is now in Fortnite. Will you face the fear

That's what Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre is all about

The anime series Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre adapts 20 stories by mangaka Junji Ito that have never been adapted into anime. These include the horror stories Tomie, Souichi and The Hanging Balloons.

Netflix itself describes the new anime as follows:

Horror manga master Junji Ito is the inspiration for this chilling selection of his most bizarre, disturbing, and chilling tales.

The series consists of 12 episodes and was released last month. Ito may be a bit ambivalent, but the Netflix production brings the master of horror to a wider audience. And while no one expected it, the anime is now in Fortnite in a way too.
