You will not be able to find the Exotic Burst Quad Launcher just lying around. That'd be too easy, right?
Which is why you have to buy it instead. Make it make sense.
Anyways, you can buy the Exotic Burst Quad Launcher from Fishsticks, who has two different spawning locations (seen in the image above).
Then simply go up and talk to him to get the option to buy the Exotic Burst Quad Launcher from him.
As you can see, the Exotic Burst Quad Launcher costs 600 Gold Bars. You better walk up to him with your pockets jingling or you might as well walk your pretty butt right back and use that crusty old pistol that you’ve been using for the last year (no, I’m not talking about myself, duh.)
