For this emote, you don't have to do anything crazy, in fact, the only requirement is to login to Fortnite on the following dates:

• From December 2 at 9 AM ET to December 4 at 2:45 AM ET

The Fracture live event will take place on December 3, so this means that even if you don't have time to take part in it, you have some time before Chapter 3 ends and the early hours of Chapter 4 to get your hands on the emote.
