Fortnite Oathbound Quests: Guide & Rewards

The new Fortnite Chapter 4 started a few weeks ago and as usual there is a new Battle Pass this time too. It's currently very difficult to quickly unlock stages as there are only the weekly challenges. But now a series of new quests have come into play, allowing you to advance your Battle Pass. Here's everything you need to know about the Oathbound quests in Fortnite. Let's start with how you can complete these quests in the first place.

Fortnite Oathbound Quests Guide

In total, there are three parts to the Oathbound Quests that appear every two weeks. Each part consists of four different challenges, which in turn are divided into different phases. Part 1 is already over, which is why the 2nd part of the challenges is now live. In the following, we explain each individual phase and how you have to proceed to collect your reward.

Part 2

At the start of each Part 2 quest, you must first make contact with Rift Warden Stellan or KIM at one of the Hologram Shells. But let's take a step-by-step look at the quests.

Oathbound Quest 1

Here you can find Rift Warden Stellan for the 1st quest:

• Stage: Contact Rift Warden Stellan at a Hologram Shell
• Phase: Place building materials at the gate
• Phase: Repair broken electronics by damaging them
• Phase: Calibrate the signaling

Oathbound Quest 2

Here you can find Rift Warden Stellan for the 2nd order:

1. Stage: Contact Rift Warden Stellan at a Hologram Shell
2. Phase: Place Star Sensors and a Cosmos Monitor
3. Phase: Align Star Sensors and a Cosmos Monitor in the correct order by damaging them
4. Phase: Interact with the cosmos monitor

After contacting Stellan, head to the exclamation mark on the minimap. This is where you place Star Sensors and the Cosmos Monitor by interacting with them.

Phase 2 is also easier than you think. A different moon is always displayed on the monitor. You align the star sensors in the correct order by simply hitting the sensor with the corresponding moon from the monitor with your pickaxe.

Interact with the cosmos monitor last and the challenge is done.

Oathbound Quest 3

Here you can find KIM for the 3rd order:

1. Phase: Contact KIM at a hologram shell
2. Phase: Over the course of a match, collect three objects to serve as AI test probes

After finding and talking to KIM, interact with the marked items found in the following locations:

Oathbound Quest 4

Here you can find KIM for the 4th order:

1. Phase: Contact KIM at a hologram shell
2. Phase: Send the test probes through KIM's test fissure
3. Phase: Find KIM's test probes and record the results

After contacting Kim, go to the Brutal Bastion location and interact with the Test Probes you just collected to send them through the Test Rift. After that, go to the following locations where you can find KIM's test probes and interact with them again.

Fortnite Oathbound Quest Reward

But what does this great effort bring you now?

Well, quite simply, for each completed phase you will receive 20,000 XP, which amounts to a total of 260,000 XP for 13 phases. That should get your Battle Pass off to a good start.

The next part of the quest line will come into play on January 31st. You should have completed all phases by then, as part 2 of the quest will then be deactivated.
