For many months now, a good portion of Fortnite players have been waiting for a collaboration with the highly famous One Piece manga and anime, which has captivated fans for several decades and never ceases to make news.

Is One Piece finally collaborating with Fortnite?

This question can be more or less simply answered with a yes or no.

Yes, because to coincide with the release of One Piece live action on Netflix, the official One Piece Netflix X account posted a teaser video of a map in Fortnite's Creative mode that alludes to One Piece.

But no, because the "collaboration" is clearly not what fans were expecting. When we talk about collaboration on Fortnite, especially with very specific universes such as Marvel, DC, Attack on Titans or One Piece, we expect to see skins of the main characters arrive in the store or in the Battle Pass.

As a result, many Fortnite players are disappointed by this Fortnite card created for the One Piece live action on Netflix, which isn't actually a collaboration with the famous manga.

However, you can still visit the map to immerse yourself in the pirate universe that appeals to so many readers and fans of the anime. Here's the map code: 7374-8187-1871.

Still, some are hopeful that this is just the beginning of a greater collaboration to come between One Piece and Fortnite in the future. Only time will tell if this collaboration will see the light of day!
