Epic Games has always nurtured the Fortnite competitive scene and has partnered with Twitch to continue doing so, boasting an incredible $200,000 prize pool for the finals alone.
The latest installment of Twitch Rivals is set to feature Fortnite Zero Build. As the name suggests, the trademark building mechanic is forfeited in favor of simple and direct gunplay, with players getting a 50HP rechargeable shield to compensate.
The Road to TwitchCon mini-circuit will feature three more invitationals across different regions, all featuring a decent chunk of that sweet prize pool. More importantly, winners will earn a spot to compete at the Twitch Rivals stage in the final event set to be held at TwitchCon in October.
