First up, you need to actually locate Big Mouth on the Season 8 Map to start the quest chain and to search for an ice machine. The Big Mouth NPC is located inside of Pizza Pit, just north of Corny Crops, so hop on over and grab a slice, but hold the pineapples!
Before you start searching for ice machines, you will need to make sure you are on that part of the quest chain and will first have to open chests in Steel’s farm just southeast of Big Mouth. Steel's farm is across the river and on top of the cliff.

- Open Ammo Boxes at Dirty Docks
- Buy a Health Item from a mending Machine
- Search a Supply Drop
The best places to find Ice Machines are at Believer Beach and Misty Meadows, and each location has several ice machines you can search to complete the quest. Let’s first head on over to the beach.
Where to Find Ice Machines at Believer Beach
There are 6 ice machines at Believer beach, so finding one should not be too hard, but if the ice has already been looted by another player, then you will need to find one that has not been previously looted.
Believer Beach Ice Machines:
- Two are located on the pier heading into the water: one on the beach, the other in the small house at the end of the dock
- Near the swimming pool, at the very edge
- The last 3 are all located in the houses south of the swimming pool
If you are looking for another location to find an ice machine, we suggest you head to Misty Meadow
Misty Meadows Ice Machines
- Two are located in the large southern house, right next to each other
- Entering from the north, there is one located in the third house to the right and another located in the third house to the left
It turns out that there are a ton of other ice machines all around the Season 8 map, but Believer Beach and Misty Meadows have the highest concentration of Ice Machines. That's it, now Big Mouth will give you your next quest.
