Adin Ross has vowed to take legal action against a girl who participated in one of his streams after she broke an NDA and allegedly stole money from him which was meant for a strip club visit.

Ross had invited two girls for a video collab which quickly went south after the girl snuck in a second phone to secretly film the location and other behind-the-scenes footage to post onto her own socials. This had Adin Ross enraged and he's now vowing to sue her.

Adin Ross Vows To Sue Girl After Breaking NDA

Adin Ross had invited two girls to collab with on his stream. Before participating, the girls had to sign multiple non-disclosure agreements. Once at the filming location, the girls also had to give up their phones for the shoot. One of them managed to sneak in a second phone, which she used to secretly film at Adin Ross' warehouse.

She went on to post these videos online later, breaking the NDA she had signed, giving Ross the right to sue her.

Along with breaking the NDA, she also allegedly stole wads of cash which were meant for strippers at another filming location later that day. On Twitter/X there is a video in which the girl, and her friend, are seen stuffing cash into their bags.

The girl in question quickly backtracked and took down the videos, attempting some form of damage control, but it was far too late. She posted a quick apology video, which Adin Ross didn't buy, with the Kick streamer adamant about suing her.

I hope that I can grow from this? Dude, this is like those apologies back in school. No, I’m not folding… I am not going to f****** fold — you’re getting sued, I don’t give a f***. You violated that contract, you signed a f****** NDA.

Signing an NDA and then breaking it isn't the smartest thing to do in such a situation. This is a rude awakening and should let others know in future how serious these contracts truly are.
