Kim Kardashian Lines Up Next Role As A Divorce Lawyer After Surprisingly Decent Performance In American Horror Story

After a compelling performance in American Horror Story, Kim Kardashian is intending to continue her pursuit as an actress. Her next role will be as a divorce lawyer in an upcoming show from the same creator who made AHS.

Ryan Murphy, the creator of American Horror Story, was taking a risk when he brought on Kim Kardashian for Season 12. There were a great many who waited with bated breath for the premiere, ready to sneer at Kim's performance.

But, as most critics seemed to agree, she did an admirable job in the role of Siobhan Corbyn, and demonstrated both presence and range. And so, Murphy has decided to cast the starlet again, this time in a new procedural drama for Hulu.

Kim Kardashian To Star In Legal Drama

In the upcoming show for Hulu, Kim Kardashian will play the role of a divorce lawyer who runs an all-female legal firm. Familiar territory for her, no doubt.

She will apparently lead the performance alongside a big-name love interest, but this casting hasn't been finalized yet. And, at least according to GlamourMagazine, the divorce lawyer Kim is playing is said to be "inspired by her own lawyer, 'disso queen' Laura Wasser".

This isn't Kim's only current acting gig either, she's also going to appear in a leading role in a Netflix film called "Fifth Wheel", which is still filming. She will be the "fifth-wheel" to a group of four female friends, who she presumably struggles to connect with.

Netflix remain very tight-lipped about this project and have only told us the following:

"an upcoming ensemble comedy written by Paula Pell (Saturday Night Live, Sisters, Girls5eva) and Janine Brito (Mr. Mayor, Bless the Harts). Kardashian will star (as the titular fifth wheel) and also produce, alongside Pell".

We await further news with great interest.

Have you seen one of Kim's performances yet? What do you think of her as an actress, does she deserve these roles?
