Riot have announced that all of its games have been affected and that the Prime Gaming partnership will be coming to an end. The partnership will end in March 2024, so until then you'll still be able to pick up the precious Capsules.
This is pretty sad, since fans truly enjoyed the "free" – since you still need to pay for Amazon Prime – skins, as well as the RP and other cool stickers.

Andrei van Roon aka Riot Meddler, also went to Twitter/X to express his opinion on the matter stating that, "We know you'll miss getting this content, but with the recent changes at Prime Gaming they've made the call to not renew the program."

When asked whether Riot would find other ways to distribute capsule content like this, Meddler stated that he isn't sure yet, but they are looking into other programs.
For now it is up in the air whether rewards like this will be making a comeback, but some fans are hoping for some form of a free battle pass alongside a paid one, similar to what Valorant already has, but we all know how League of Legends works when it comes to battle passes... right?
