COD Mobile Season 5 (2023)These are the optimal attachments for the MAC-10, that you should equip to maximize the weapon's performance.
In the past few months, the submachine gun has taken over the Call of Duty: Mobile meta, with the CBR4 and MAC-10 reigning supreme.
Despite being toned down from their earlier overpowering levels, both guns remain at the S-tier level, not just among submachine guns, but compared to all other firearms in COD: Mobile.
We’ve previously delved into optimal configurations for the CBR4, and now it’s time to focus on the MAC-10.
Renowned for its lightweight design and rapid-fire rate, the MAC-10 can decimate adversaries. Its true potential is unleashed when kitted out with the right attachments and perks, making it a dominating force in matches.
Customizing the MAC-10 for battle royale mode varies from configuring it for regular multiplayer games, and with a plethora of attachments to choose from, selecting the ideal ones can be daunting.
This guide will simplify the process, as we have rigorously tested and put together the optimal MAC-10 setups for both game modes.
Ultimate MAC-10 Configuration For COD: Mobile Season 5
Light and swift, the MAC-10 is a formidable SMG that tears through enemies. Though it’s potent even without any add-ons, its prowess is amplified when paired with the right attachments and perks, making it a beast in matches.
If you don’t have all the attachments at your disposal, it’s likely because the weapon hasn’t been leveled up to its full potential.
Top MAC-10 Setup For Battle Royale
This MAC-10 configuration focuses on maximizing the weapon’s damage and range while slightly compromising mobility.
This setup won't supplant an assault rifle, as it lacks long-range efficacy irrespective of the attachments used.
We recommend complementing this with an AR, sniper rifle, or LMG.
- Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
- Barrel: 6.1" Reinforced Barrel
- Laser: 5mW Combat Laser
- Underbarrel: Field Agent Foregrip
- Rear Grip: STANAG 53 Round Extended Reload
The cornerstone of this setup is the 6.1" Reinforced Barrel, which bolsters the damage range by 20% and curtails bullet spread by 40% at the expense of slight sprint and ADS movement speed reduction.
The Field Agent Foregrip is stellar for diminishing both vertical and horizontal recoil, at the cost of some ADS movement speed. The Agency Suppressor also curbs vertical recoil, silences the weapon, and doesn’t have any negative effects with the MAC-10.
The Aim Assist Laser mitigates ADS bullet spread, but can reveal your location with its visible beam.
To cap it off, we've selected the STANAG 53 Round Extended Reload. This significantly boosts the magazine capacity, reducing the frequency of reloads. However, when you need to reload, it will take a tad longer.
Best MAC-10 Setup For Standard Multiplayer
This MAC-10 configuration also seeks to enhance the weapon’s range, but more emphasis is placed on maintaining the high mobility it offers in its base form.
- Muzzle: Agency Compressor
- Barrel: 6.5" Rifling Barrel
- Underbarrel: Field Agent Foregrip
- Stock: Steel Stock
- Ammunition: 43 Round Fast Magazine
We’ve chosen the 6.5" Rifling Barrel, which offers a 25% increment in damage range at a slight cost to sprint speed; this barrel greatly enhances the weapon’s mid-range capabilities.
Once again, we’ve opted for the Field Agent Foregrip and Agency Suppressor for their recoil reduction properties and weapon silencing effect, albeit at the cost of some ADS movement speed.
The Steel Stock increases ADS movement speed, counterbalancing some of the mobility loss incurred with other attachments.
Rather than the STANAG 53 Round Extended Reload, we’ve chosen a lighter alternative. The 43 Round Fast Magazine extends the magazine capacity to 43 rounds and trims the reload time by 15%. There is a 10% decrease in ADS speed, but the base speed is so rapid that the difference is barely perceptible.
