League of Legends news is always coming and this patch 10.4 preview is no exception. Katarina, Master Yi and Tryndamere are your latest champions to get involved in the Blood Moon skin-line this year. You can get an overview of the upcoming tinkering changes to the PBE soon below.Yesterday, lead gameplay designer for League of Legends, Mark Yetter aka Riot Scruffy posted some early preview notes for the next patch 10.4. These should be considered tentative until the full patch notes are released by League of Legends this week, so take them with a grain of salt.

In a Tweet last night, an Excel sheet was uploaded discussing the upcoming balance changes for the latest next League of Legends patch. In this sheet, a number of notable buffs and nerfs were mentioned.

Do keep in mind that this isn't the full list of potential changes coming. Sad news for all of you Soraka and Sona mains. A hard nerf will be incoming for the banana-casting demon who is currently dominating the top portion of Summoner's Rift with a current win-rate that skyrocketed to 53%. The same goes for top-lane Sona who has a 53% win rate, too.

Soraka top now is so powerful that the only champion who can reasonably do well against her is recently released Sett. You can get an idea of the incoming changes for patch 10.4 in a Tweet below:

As mentioned, the full patch notes are still not live yet so the full list of changes is yet to be finalised but you can expect them very soon from Riot Games. These changes are quite dramatic and the changes to Soraka and Sona were very much overdue at this point, though. It has been a while since we have seen such dominance in support classes in other lanes.
